Table of Contents

Service packages in SafeTalk define how your services are structured, including session count, pricing, and availability. Once created, they can be reused across clients to standardise therapy plans.

They help you organise how sessions are sold and delivered, especially when offering multi-session plans or structured therapy programs. This ensures consistency in how services are managed across different clients.

How to Assign a Service Package

    From the sidebar:

    • Select Clients from the sidebar.
    • Find and open the client file.
    • Go to the Services tab.
    • Click Assign New Service Package.
    • Select the service package and confirm.

    From the client search:

    • Use the search bar to type the client’s name, email, contact number, or case number.
    • Select the client from the results.
    • From the quick links menu, click Services.
    • Click Assign New Service Package.
    • Select a package and confirm.

Once assigned, the package will appear in the client’s dashboard under Service Packages. From there, sessions can be booked whenever needed.

When to Use Service Package Assignment

Service package assignment is especially useful in a few situations:

    • When a client wants to continue with a new package before finishing the current one
    • When offering discounted packages or promotional bundles
    • When a client wants to purchase first but decide on session timing later

It helps you separate payment decisions from scheduling, making client management more flexible.

    Make Your Workflow Simpler

Service packages are designed to give therapists more control over how sessions are structured and used. By assigning them in advance, you can keep your workflow organized while giving clients flexibility in how they book their sessions.
