Your SafeTalk User ID is a unique identifier assigned to your account.
We use this ID for troubleshooting and support because all data in SafeTalk is encrypted. Referring to your User ID allows us to locate the correct account without accessing personal details, helping us protect your privacy.
How to Find Your SafeTalk ID
- Log in to your SafeTalk account
- Click on your profile picture on top right of the screen and go to Edit Profile
- Your User ID is displayed right under your profile picture
- Copy the ID and share it with SafeTalk support when requested

How Therapists Can Find a Client’s User ID in SafeTalk
Because SafeTalk encrypts user data, our support team uses this ID to identify the correct account during troubleshooting while maintaining client confidentiality.
How to Find a Client’s SafeTalk ID
- Log in to your SafeTalk therapist account
- Go to the My Clients section
- Find the relevant client & click on File
- Locate the SafeTalk ID under the client details
- Copy the ID and share it with SafeTalk support if requested

SafeTalk does not rely on names, emails, or other identifiable information for troubleshooting. SafeTalk is built with privacy in mind:
- All data is encrypted
- We do not search accounts by sensitive information
- We use the unique User ID to accurately identify accounts during troubleshooting
