The day has finally come! What started as an idea few years ago, has now evolved into a platform used by mental health professionals every day. We’re so proud to share that SafeTalk is officially Out of Beta & moving into SafeTalk 1.0

Dec 2022. First time we presented SafeTalk publicly to a group of selected individuals
What Does “Out of Beta” Mean?
While SafeTalk was in beta, it was still in the stage of figuring things out: testing out different ideas, gathering feedback, and refining what works and what doesn’t. The last two years have helped us so much to understand what SafeTalk should be & shape our vision for its future.
Today, we feel very confident that SafeTalk is a fully stable, secure, and reliable platform – ready to support therapy practices of all sizes & we are moving out of Beta!
Milestones we have achieved
When the very therapists started using SafeTalk, it was a simple booking platform (with one or two additional features) that helped therapists manage appointments more easily. Since then, it has grown into a full-fledged practice management system. Today, SafeTalk supports everything from clinical documentation and case notes to digital forms, secure communication, payments, and much more.
SafeTalk has grown from a basic booking platform into a system that supports the full day-to-day work of therapists
We’re proud to share that around 250 therapists have registered on SafeTalk since it’s start, with the majority of them continuing to use and trust the platform until today. Their loyalty and feedback have been the driving force behind SafeTalk’s growth & helping us to get here.

What’s Next?
As we close the beta chapter and move forward, our focus remains clear: to keep making SafeTalk better, smarter, and more supportive for therapists everywhere. Here’s what’s coming next:
- Continued Product Improvements:
We’ll keep refining SafeTalk based on real-world feedback: improving existing features and adding new ones to make daily work even easier for therapists and centers. - Commercial Growth:
We’ll now shift more focus toward reaching new practices and helping more therapists discover how SafeTalk can support their work, while continuing to strengthen support for our current users. - Expanding Integrations and Flexibility:
We plan to introduce more integrations (beyond Stripe and Google Calendar) to better fit into how different practices already work: making SafeTalk more flexible and customizable to individual needs.
A Final Note
We want to sincerely thank everyone who has been part of the SafeTalk journey so far: our team, early users, and everyone else who believed in us. Your belief, hard work, and feedback have brought us to where we are today, and we’re excited to keep building an even better future
