What You Can Do with Quick Creat
Quick Create brings your core therapist tools together in one place so you can act instantly instead of navigating through multiple menus.
1. Create a New Session
Start a client session instantly. Instead of navigating through your calendar or client list, click Create Session, choose the client, set the time, service, location and confirm. This cuts multiple steps into one simple action.
2. Send Files & Tasks
Send intake forms, consent forms, or other documents with a due date and a note for the client. You can attach files, share links, or assign a form. This feature reduces the number of clicks needed to perform these actions and helps clients complete important items before their session.
3. Schedule a Break
Therapists need structured breaks to stay focused. Select Schedule a Break to block time on your calendar for rest, admin work, or personal activities. It automatically updates your availability so no new sessions are booked during that time.
4. Write Case Notes
When you select a client, click Write Case Note to open the note editor right away. There is no need to open client history or navigate through multiple menus. The client is already linked to the note so you can start writing immediately.
5. Generate Invoice
Select a client, click Generate Invoice, fill in the session details, and send it. It is a faster way to stay on top of payments and create new invoices, as the client is pre-selected.
