    Why Engagement Tags Are Useful

Engagement tags act as a visual system to organize and filter clients. They improve clarity, streamline admin work, and allow you to see important details at a glance.
Whether you’re an individual practitioner or part of an organization, tags make client management more efficient.

    How to Create Engagement Tags

    For Organizations

    1. Go to Organization → Templates.
    2. Scroll down to the Categories section.
    3. Click Create Category button.
    4. Enter a category title.
    5. Choose a color so you can identify the tag easily in your client list.

    For Individuals

    1. Navigate to My Practice.
    2. Scroll down until you reach Categories.
    3. Select Create Category.
    4. Add your title and pick a color to help differentiate the tag.

Create as many categories as needed to support EAP clients, referral sources, program types, or internal workflows.

How to Apply Engagement Tags to a Client

    • Go to My Clients.
    • Select the client and open their File tab.
    • Scroll down to the Category section.
    • Click the pen icon to edit.
    • In the popup, select the tags you want to apply.
