Your client is reminded about their upcoming session &amp; session details via the highest engagement channel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides upcoming sessions, SafeTalk also sends WhatsApp reminders for overdue Payments. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: in order for your clients to receive a WhatsApp Reminder, you must ensure their contact number is added &amp; verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"add-contact-no\">How to add a Client&#8217;s WhatsApp number on SafeTalk?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/app.safetalk.space\/login\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/app.safetalk.space\/login\">Login<\/a> to your SafeTalk account and on left sidebar, select <strong><em>&#8220;My Clients&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>. Add your client&#8217;s <em>Contact Number<\/em> in the input box. That means the Client has added their contact number during their sign up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You only need to confirm that the Contact Number entered is correct &amp; toggle the <strong><em>&#8220;Verify Contact Number&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> button, so they will start receiving the WhatsApp automated reminders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: Clients can only enter their contact number at<\/em> when completing their profile, they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em>can&#8217;t verify their number\/opt-in<\/em><\/span> for WhatsApp reminders. (example: <strong>&#8220;From <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">MyTherapyCentre<\/span>: You have an upcoming session&#8230;.<\/strong>&#8220;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"important-information\">Important Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The WhatsApp reminders are for high priority reminders such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Automated Reminder<\/strong>: Session Booked \/ Rescheduled \/ Canceled \/ Session 24 hour reminder. There is also an option to manually send a session reminder, similar to &#8220;Send an Email Reminder&#8221; in the session page<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Automated Reminder<\/strong>: New Invoice \/ Payment Due Reminder \/ Payment Received\/Verified.
