Means you can enable all your session from SafeTalk to appear on your Google Calendar &amp; events from your Google Calendar to appear on your SafeTalk calendar.  Even more, you have full control of this, so you can choose to enable <em>two-way<\/em> or <em>one-way sync<\/em> depending what suits your needs the best.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can set sync with <em>up to 3 different Google Accounts<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In adherence to HIPAA standards, <strong>no electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) will be shared with Google Calendar<\/strong> to uphold the strict confidentiality and protection of your data. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So let&#8217;s get started!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"login-to-safetalk\" style=\"font-size:28px\"><strong>1. Login to your SafeTalk Account. Configure &amp; enable what types of events you want to sync<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sync Sessions:<\/strong> all your SafeTalk session will appear on your Google Calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sync Breaks:<\/strong> all your Google Calendar events will be added as <strong>Breaks<\/strong> on SafeTalk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"rounded-2xl-custom\"><strong>If you enable &#8220;Breaks&#8221;:<\/strong> If you enable &#8220;Breaks&#8221; option, you will see an additional dropdown and a button appear below(screenshot below). You may have one or many calendars under the same account(screenshot below). The option to select calendars provides you with better control &amp; allows you to select specific calendars to populate <strong>Breaks <\/strong>from.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"rounded-2xl-custom\"><strong>Use Busy Events Only<\/strong>: After selecting the calendar(s), you will see an additional checkbox called \u201cUse Busy Events Only\u201d. When enabled, SafeTalk will check the <strong>event availability<\/strong> in your Google Calendar and only pull events marked as Busy to populate Breaks. Auto Sync<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You only need to <strong>&#8220;Run Sync&#8221;<\/strong> from your accounts once during the setup. Your new, rescheduled &amp; cancelled sessions will automatically be synced with your Google Calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do expect a slight delay of up to 2 hours for new, rescheduled, cancelled sessions to be fully synced between two accounts. <em>If you may experience longer delays, do reach out to our support team for assistance<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can always click <strong>&#8220;Run Sync&#8221;<\/strong> manually at any time to trigger an instant sync.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"rounded-2xl-custom\">The message at the bottom of the popup will show what&#8217;s the latest &#8220;Sync&#8221; status.
