While this isn\u2019t a common scenario, it\u2019s important to handle it professionally and efficiently, both to keep your practice running smoothly and to maintain trust with your clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the steps on how you can process a refund on SafeTalk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"communicate-with-client\">Communicate with your Client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before doing anything on SafeTalk, politely confirm the refund request with your client. Ask for their bank details so you can transfer the refund securely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transfer the payment:<\/strong> For bank transfer or QR payment, once you have received the client\u2019s bank details, transfer the refund amount directly to their provided account.
