If you\u2019ve created a SafeTalk organization, setting it up properly ensures your team runs efficiently. All organization tools are found under the Organization<\/strong> tab in your sidebar, from managing members to updating your branding and booking page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the top, you\u2019ll see the navigation bar for your organization. Each tab covers a key setup area – let\u2019s go through them one by one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organization Setup Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Start with your team setup. Under Members<\/strong>, you can invite therapists, set permissions, and manage access.
Admins can assign roles, suspend accounts, or remove members when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Branding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Branding<\/strong> tab lets you personalize your organization profile. Add your logo<\/strong>, tagline<\/strong>, contact link<\/strong>, and description<\/strong> to reflect your practice\u2019s identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your uploaded logo<\/strong> appears across SafeTalk – on all invoices<\/strong>, and on the sidebar<\/strong> for both your team members and clients.
These details also appear on your organization booking page, helping clients recognize your brand at a glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Under Booking Page<\/strong>, you\u2019ll see a live preview of your organization\u2019s public booking page. Copy and share this link so clients can book sessions directly with your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Embedding the organization booking page on external websites isn\u2019t supported yet.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
