Here\u2019s how the Teams setup works and how you can manage your members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"get-started\">Getting Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the sign up, choose(or make sure you have chosen) <strong>Teams \/ Organization<\/strong> on the signup page.<br>If you have already signed up, to confirm this, make sure you see the <strong><em>Organization<\/em><\/strong> button on your sidebar menu. The admin has full access to everything and is also a therapist account. So you can manage your own clients and sessions while still seeing the full overview of your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"invite-members\">Inviting Team Members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To invite your team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Organization \u2192 Members<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the invite link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share it with your teammates<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Once they sign up using that link, they\u2019ll automatically be added to your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video rounded-2xl-custom\"><video autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/invite-member.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"manage-permissions\">Managing Access and Permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, every team member can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage their own bookings and clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access their personal calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle their own therapy sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to give them more access, click <strong>Edit Access<\/strong> next to their name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video rounded-2xl-custom\"><video autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/permission-update.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can allow them to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage services, rooms, and payment channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage subscriptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reassign clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View or manage clients across the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This helps you decide who can do what while keeping each therapist focused on their own work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"suspend-remove-accounts\">Suspending or Removing Members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes you may need to pause or remove a therapist\u2019s access. However, the admin account can also be used as a therapist account, you don\u2019t need a separate seat for that. This works perfectly for small and medium-sized practices where the founder or manager is also a practicing therapist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Monthly billing:<\/strong><br>If you\u2019re on monthly billing and remove a team member, the following month\u2019s charge will be based only on the seats currently in use (including any suspended accounts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multiple admins:<\/strong><br>You can have more than one admin in your organization. To do this, invite them to your team using the regular invite link. Once they\u2019ve joined, go to their profile, click <strong>Edit Access<\/strong>, and enable all permissions. They\u2019ll then have the same access as the main (super) admin account holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s it!
