Sometimes the most important part of running your practice is making sure clients can pay you easily and securely. SafeTalk <\/strong>lets you set up multiple payment methods, so you can choose what works best for your practice and your clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Getting Started with Payment Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to Management > Payment Channels<\/strong>. Here you\u2019ll see options for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Credit Card (Stripe)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Contact us to enable Stripe for your account. You\u2019ll need to register directly with Stripe before activating this option.

Bank Transfer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Perfect if your clients prefer paying directly from their bank.
Add your bank account number, <\/strong>bank name, <\/strong>and notes <\/strong>to guide them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QR Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Allow clients to scan and pay instantly using a QR code.
Upload your QR image<\/strong> (for example, DuitNowQR in Malaysia or the equivalent in your country) and add notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Custom Channel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes you may need something more flexible, like handling multiple bank<\/strong> accounts, international clients<\/strong>, or alternative payment services<\/strong>. The custom channel option lets you set up methods like PayPal<\/strong>, Wise<\/strong>, or anything else that works best for your clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All you need is a channel name and clear instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hide\/Disable Payment Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u26a0\ufe0fNext to each payment method, you\u2019ll also see a small switch. If a method is already set up but you want to temporarily hide or disable it, toggle the switch OFF<\/strong>. It will not appear to clients until you turn it back ON.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Billing Info<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can also set up your billing information, by including your company name<\/strong>, billing address<\/strong>, invoice prefix<\/em>, next invoice number<\/em>, and any additional notes. These details will appear on the invoices SafeTalk <\/strong>generates, helping you keep records consistent and professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Organizations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re an organization admin, you can either set up payment methods and billing details for the entire organization, just like in the steps above, or you can give each therapist the ability to manage their own. SafeTalk provides a setting under Organization > Settings<\/strong> called Each team member has their own separate payment channels<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When enabled, this option lets every therapist in your team add their own billing details and payment methods. This is especially useful if therapists are paid individually or use separate bank accounts. Once turned on, you\u2019ll see a dropdown on the Payment Channels page with all the therapists in your organization, so you can manage each setup separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
