Setting up a new session with your Client on SafeTalk is simple and intuitive. Let&#8217;s learn how we can do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"create-session\">Create a session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to your <a href=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/\">SafeTalk<\/a> account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On top bottom right of the screen you will see a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">plus<\/span> (+) button, click on that &amp; select <strong>&#8220;Create Session&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image rounded-2xl-custom\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3325\" srcset=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-1536x864.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sessions-participants\">Session participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, we add the participants to the session. Depending on your account type &amp; permissions you will have different steps here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a Centre Manager or have permission to manage session for your team, You will have the option to select the <strong>Therapist<\/strong> &amp; the <strong>Client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are an <strong>Therapist<\/strong> under a center you will only see the option to select a <strong>Client<\/strong>. This means you will be automatically assigned as a <strong>Therapist <\/strong>to this session<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: to select a client, click on the dropdown button that says &#8220;Select a client&#8221; &amp; start typing the client&#8217;s name. You can select an existing active <em>Service<\/em> or assign a new <em>Service Package<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If a new service is assigned to the client an automatic invoice will be assigned and emailed to the client, along with the session details<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"session-details\">Session Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the next screen we can setup the session details, such as date, time &amp; location. There are two options here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select an availability slot from your calendar, by clicking on <strong>Select from Booking Schedule<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or manually enter the date, time &amp; location of the session<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image rounded-2xl-custom\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-meta.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-meta.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-meta-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-meta-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-meta-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/create-session-meta-1536x864.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"availability-check\">Automatic Availability Check<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The system will automatically check the <strong>therapist&#8217;s<\/strong>, <strong>client&#8217;s <\/strong>&amp; the <strong>room&#8217;s <\/strong>availability, to ensure all the parties involved are available for the Session. If the therapist or the room are not available at the selected time &amp; date, you will see a notice with the message.
