Let\u2019s look at how we can set up a virtual therapy rooms using Zoom meetings in SafeTalk for online sessions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"create-zoom-link\"><strong>Create a Zoom Meeting Link<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to your <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/signin\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/signin\">Zoom Account<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/signin\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/signin<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>&#8220;Meetings&#8221;<\/strong> page &amp; click on <strong>&#8220;Personal Room&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>&#8220;Edit&#8221;<\/strong> &amp; configure your Personal Room. You can modify the room password, force the clients to a waiting room &amp; other settings here. Once you are done, <strong>&#8220;Save&#8221;<\/strong> your changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"706\" src=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/room-settings-1024x706.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1219\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.4504249291784703;width:444px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/room-settings-1024x706.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/room-settings-300x207.jpg 300w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/room-settings-768x530.jpg 768w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/room-settings.jpg 1073w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy the invite link, that looks like this: <strong>https:\/\/us04web.zoom.us\/s\/12345678901234567890<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"171\" src=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/meeting_link-1-1024x171.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1221\" style=\"aspect-ratio:5.988304093567251;width:593px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/meeting_link-1-1024x171.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/meeting_link-1-300x50.jpg 300w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/meeting_link-1-768x128.jpg 768w, https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/meeting_link-1.jpg 1237w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"create-room-in-safetalk\">Create a Virtual Room in SafeTalk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.safetalk.space\/login\">SafeTalk account<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the sidebar go to <strong>Management<\/strong> &amp; select the <strong>Rooms<\/strong> tab from the top navigation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAdd New Room\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;button &amp; select&nbsp;<strong>\u201cCustom Online Room\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>(<strong>Optionally<\/strong>) You can also edit an existing room if you already have one<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Past your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em>meeting link<\/em><\/span> in the Room Link input &amp; fill up the additional information such as Room Name &amp; Notes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll all the way to bottom of the page &amp; <strong>Save<\/strong> the room &amp; you are done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assigning the Room<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote no-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>This option is only available if you are managing an&nbsp;<strong>organization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>You will see a switch that allows you to manage therapist assignment for the room. By default, the room is assigned to&nbsp;<strong>all therapists<\/strong>&nbsp;in your organization.<br>If you disable the switch, you can deselect specific therapists by clicking the small&nbsp;<strong>\u201cX\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;next to their name. This lets you control exactly which therapist(s) the room should&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;be assigned to.<br>See the video below, which shows the full process from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video rounded-2xl-custom\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/custom-online-room-zoom.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;and your <em>virtual room is ready for use<\/em>. You can add this room to you schedule or you can assign this room to your sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, when booking a session with your clients, you will see the room listed under&nbsp;<strong>Location<\/strong>. Simply select the appropriate room, and your client will instantly receive details on where the session will take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"important\"><strong>Important<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure clients can book appointments seamlessly, make sure to&nbsp;<strong>update your Booking Schedule and assign your rooms<\/strong>.
