On top right, click the + <strong>Add your Schedule<\/strong> button, and a popup will appear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now let&#8217;s complete the fields here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Firstly, let&#8217;s set your schedule for different days of the week<\/em>. Select the days you are working &amp; set your start and end time. This will set the duration between your availability slots. <em>Example, if you set your Monday availability, from 10AM &#8211; 3PM &amp; select 1 hour <strong>Appointment Gap<\/strong>, your availability slots will be 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, 1PM, 2PM<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select your <strong><em>Services \/ Therapy Packages<\/em><\/strong> that clients can select when making a booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Locations\/Session Type <\/strong>that clients can select when making a booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Scroll the end of the popup and click on <strong>Create<\/strong>. You can have different session duration for different services. Example: <em><strong>Client Intake<\/strong> Sessions can be 30 minutes<\/em>, while <em>Individual Therapy Sessions are 60 minutes<\/em>. If a client book a 10AM slot for <strong><em>Client Intake<\/em><\/strong>, the session will be 10AM-10.30AM. And if the client select 10AM slot for <strong><em>Individual Therapy<\/em><\/strong>, the session will be 10AM-11AM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fine-tune\">Step 2: Fine-tuning your availability slots<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your booking schedule has been set, you&#8217;ll see your availability time slots under each day of the week(ex. Here you can adjust each individual slot separately, such as changing the time, services and locations.
