SafeTalk shows your services and packages to clients in the order you set under Management \u2192 Services. This guide explains how to change that order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the order works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In card view<\/strong>, your services are laid out in rows. The order numbers follow the same way you read: left to right, then down to the next row<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So service 1 is the first card in the top-left, service 2 is to its right, and service 5 starts the second row. In table view<\/strong>, there is one service per row, so the order simply runs top to bottom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What about service categories?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Every service belongs to a Service Category<\/strong>, like Individual Therapy<\/em> or Couples Therapy<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the booking page, services are shown grouped under their category and your numbering decides two things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Which category comes first.<\/strong> The category that holds your number 1<\/strong> service is shown first. Every other category follows, based on its own highest-ranked service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The order inside each category.<\/strong> The numbers sort the services within their own category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s an example. On your Services<\/strong> page, you might have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. 3 Sessions (Individual Therapy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. 6 Sessions (Individual Therapy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 1 Session (Couples Therapy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. 3 Sessions (Couples Therapy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. 6 Sessions (Couples Therapy)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Clients on the booking page will then see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Individual Therapy        \u2190 first, because it holds number 1\n   1. 1 Session\n   2. 3 Sessions\n   3. 6 Sessions\n\nCouples Therapy\n   4. 1 Session\n   5. 3 Sessions\n   6. 6 Sessions<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
    In short:<\/strong> to change which category clients see first, move one of its services to number 1. To change the order of services inside a category, rearrange the numbers between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
