For example, if an organization admin opens your calendar or reschedules a session on your behalf, they will see your breaks and calendar events according to the visibility option you have selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"why-use-this-setting\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why use this setting?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may want to keep the details of your breaks or calendar events private while still showing that you are unavailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, you might want to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep personal or private event details hidden from other people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show that you are unavailable without revealing why.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow organization admins to see the reason for a blocked period when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep break and calendar event titles completely hidden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a title is hidden, the time will simply appear as <strong>Blocked<\/strong> on the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"how-to-change-the-visibility\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to change the visibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>My Practice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to <strong>Tools &amp; Features<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find <strong>Display Break Title in Calendar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select your preferred option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video rounded-2xl-custom\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/display-break-title-1.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"choose-from-three-options\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose from three options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Display to all<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The break or event title will be visible to everyone who can access your calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote no-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this if you want other members of your organization to see the details of your breaks or calendar events.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Display to me only<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The title will be visible to you, while other people viewing your calendar will see the time as <strong>Blocked<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this if you want to keep the details of your schedule private while still being able to see them yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Display to none<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The title will be hidden from everyone, including you. The time will appear as <strong>Blocked<\/strong> on the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this if you do not want the details of your breaks or calendar events to be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"where-do-this-apply\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where does this apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visibility setting is applied whenever your calendar is viewed in SafeTalk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, if an <strong>organization admin<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opens your calendar to check your availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Views your schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reschedules a session on your behalf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They will see your breaks and calendar events according to the visibility option you have configured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"example\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you select <strong>Display to me only<\/strong>, you may see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote no-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lunch Break<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When an organization admin views your calendar, they will see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote no-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"no-quote wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Blocked<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This allows you to keep your calendar details private while still making it clear that the time is unavailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can change this setting at any time from <strong>My Practice \u2192 Settings \u2192 Tools &amp; Features<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SafeTalk lets you control who can see the titles of your breaks and events pulled from your connected calendar.
