Try the troubleshooting steps below before contacting support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"check-your-email-and-password\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Check Your Email and Password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you are using the <strong>email address associated with your SafeTalk account<\/strong> and that your password is entered correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your email address is spelled correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caps Lock<\/strong> is not enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are no extra spaces in your email or password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are using your current SafeTalk password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the <strong>Forgot Password?<\/strong> option on the login page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"reset-your-password\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Use your email address and new password to log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"didnt-receive-reset-password-email\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Didn&#8217;t Receive the Reset Email?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you requested a password reset but haven&#8217;t received the email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your <strong>Spam<\/strong>, <strong>Junk<\/strong>, or <strong>Promotions<\/strong> folders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure you entered the correct email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait a few minutes and try requesting another reset link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your email address is not associated with a SafeTalk account, a password reset email will not be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"password-reset-link-not-working\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Your Password Reset Link Isn&#8217;t Working<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the reset link does not work, request a <strong>new password reset link<\/strong> from the login page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have requested multiple reset links, make sure you are using the latest email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"forgot-2fa\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Forgot or Lost Access to Your 2FA Code?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have forgotten your 2FA code, lost access to your authenticator app, or are unable to complete two-factor authentication, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/contact-us\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/safetalk.space\/contact-us\">contact SafeTalk support for assistance<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"still-cant-log-in\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
